Are you Committed?

39 years I have been doing this life gig. I can say that as I look back in this moment, I am blown away at what I “thought” was possible for me and my life. More honestly, of what I thought I was capable of.

Especially as I look back on these past couple of months.

As the pandemic began in March, my hope meter started to lower real fast. I can’t lie, those first two months while my business was shut down were some dark times. Yoga classes and Coaching Clients kept me showing up but no one was prepared for what was transpiring.

But all of my life experience and training has helped me through what has felt like the hardest time in my life, allowing me to still see possibility and hope for myself and my life!

There came a point during these dark times I had to make a very hard decision to release the yoga studio/event space I was renting, as I was paying for a space that could not hold classes and bring in any income. Thankfully yoga classes were still possible outdoors because of it being summer. But yoga is very sacred to me, I know the impact it has not only on my life but others and to release this space meant I had to lean even more to trusting the process and surrending into my faith more. For a control person like me, this was difficult but in the depths of me I knew it was the right thing to do financially and personally.

Stay with me.

I had only disclosed this information to a very few people and kept voicing that I am leaving it up to God and what will be for my highest good will come.

Can you relate? Have you had times in your life when you have had to release something or maybe someone from your life and trust that something bigger and/or better is meant for you?

Do you know what that is? It’s called making space or room. When we make a choice to remove or release something from our life that isn’t serving our higheset good, doesn’t make us come alive, we are actively creating space for that something better to come in.

Doesn’t it make sense to create space for something in your life?

How can a new job or a new partner come in, if we don’t create space for it?

What is empowering to know is that both you and me have the ability to choose again for ourselves. I can choose a new thought or action step that feels more in alignment with my highest good.

We have the ability to choose better for ourselves.

The only things that stop us from choosing differently, are fear and excuses.

And those 2 things right there can be shifted and changed.

Stay with me it’s getting good.

So as I leaned more into my faith, keeping hope alive and more away from fear (but let me tell ya it was lurking around a lot of corners), something magical happened.

All because I stayed open to possibility, a client of mine said “Hey I know a store downtown that is closing and the space would be perfect for what your ultimate dream is.”

Did I have a moments where I thought to myself, “Theresa, yeah right, you are right in the middle of a freakin pandemic, you just let go of the yoga studio and now you want to go BIG? HAHAHAHA!”

But I have a mantra (well many) but one of them is Anything is Possible. No matter how bleak or whatever your circumstances Anything.Is.Possible.

And wouldn’t you know know that within 2 weeks of doing my first walk through of the space a 5 year lease was signed and 2 months after that State of Grace had a new home in what I have named the Kinship. the Kinship is my ultimate dream that has always been sitting there in the top shelf of my mind. This space is a womb, a safe and nurturing space that houses businesses, events, yoga and supports all of these and every single person that walks through the doors.

Stay with me, it’s getting deep but super good.

I am committed to being of service to people. It is my life’s mission.

I am committed to being the best version of myself and showing up and being the best Life Coach that I can be to those that I serve.

I am committed.

So let me ask you something.

Are you ready to committ to You?

Are you ready to committ to your life no matter what is happening around you?

Are you ready to have someone so committed to you, they might be even more committed to you than you are?

I work with people on their challenges and possibilities, assisting in shifting those challenges into possibilities. I help create the future people want to love and live into.

Lastly I ask you: Are you ready to commit?

If there is one thing I have learned through this pandemic and there are many take aways......Anything is Possible.

**If you feel a deep desire to want to dive more into what this 4 month Life Coaching Journey could look like, please email/private message/text why you feel this could be what you are desiring for your own life and we can set up a Complimentary Coaching Session to explore more.

It’s empowering to know, the power is in your hands to choose differently for yourself and your life.

Thank you for your time and allowing me space in your day.

I look foward to hearing from you.
